The matrix, which is aligned with the SCP approach, is presented below. It consists of the definition of the domain and 5 main factors, which are divided into 36 parameters. These parameters are structured into 121 variables, which allow a detailed structuring of individual cases as a basis for the model-based decision support toolkits for both first-line-practitioners (FLP) and the law enforcement agencies (LEA).
